As a second generation home inspector, Dan Lin has over 11 years of full-time experience inspecting properties throughout NJ. Dan’s strong engineering background and analytical skills provide a solid foundation to thoroughly inspect homes. Always going the extra mile for his clients, Dan is frequently seen climbing on roofs and crouching in crawlspaces. He is an ASHI certified inspector, Level 1 certified infrared thermographer, and holds a BS degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
